Frequently Asked Questions

Are classes open to the public?

Yes. We offer classes to Santa Ynez Valley locals and visitors. You can view our pricing HERE.

Do I need to register for class ahead of time?

Yes. Online class registration is required in order to reserve your space. Please click HERE to register.

What is your class cancellation policy?

Please be mindful of class bookings & cancellations. If you are signed up for a class and can no longer attend, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to class to allow someone else the opportunity attend.

Can I do a “drop-in”?

Yes, but you will need to register online prior to class. Please click HERE to sign up.

How do I find the studio?

We are located on a private 5 acre ranch with a small vineyard. The address is 2085 N Refugio Rd. The nearest cross street is Roblar. On N Refugio Rd you will see a white sign with three address numbers including 2085. Turn onto the gravel road between the blue and black fences marked with no trespassing signs on either side. We are the first property on the right hand side about 1/4 mile up the road. You will see an Olde Oak Meadow sign at the entrance. The gate will be open 15 minutes prior to class. Click HERE for directions.

Where should I park?

There is designated studio parking onsite. Once you enter the gate, take the first right past the grapes and park parallel along the left hand side of the road against the trees and wooden studio parking signs.

What should I bring to class?

Just a yoga mat and a bottle for water. Towels are also recommended for heated classes! If you do not have a mat, we have free mats at the studio you can borrow.

What should I wear to class?

Whatever you are comfortable in! Stretchy, breathable clothing that does not limit your range of motion is best. No shoes are allowed in the studio, and we don't recommend wearing any socks during practice.

Are all classes heated?

No! We offer a variety of classes, heated and non-heated. Please check out our Class Descriptions HERE for more information.
